Mr. Martien’s practice emphasizes business law, estate planning, wills and probate, and real estate law. He has an active practice and represents many businesses and individuals. |

Mr. Martien is an active member of the Boulder community. He has been a long time member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, coached Boulder Junior Soccer, has been involved with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, and is a Big Brother. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association. Mr. Martien frequently does pro bono legal work, including referrals from Boulder County Legal Services. |

Mr. Martien is married, has two children, and lives in Boulder. He is an avid mountain biker, backpacker, kayaker, outdoorsman and scuba diver. |
